SARASOTA, Fla. – February 7, 2025 – Engel & Völkers Florida today announced that Debbie Urban, an advisor with Engel & Völkers Sarasota, has been installed as the 2025 President of the Suncoast Builders Association. This esteemed appointment reflects her unwavering dedication to industry advocacy and community leadership.

With nearly eight years of experience in the real estate industry, Urban has demonstrated a proven track record of excellence in sales and leadership. Before transitioning to real estate, she excelled as a nationwide top producer in the direct sales jewelry industry. Her expertise later brought success as Area Sales Manager for Stock Development, Southwest Florida's premier luxury home builder. Urban’s career includes representing Rosewood Residences on Lido Key, the first exclusive residential Rosewood property featuring 65 luxury beachfront homes.
